I know this experience personally. I dealt with ongoing digestive symptoms, debilitating periods, and painful adult-onset acne—all while being told I was “fine.” Even when I knew something wasn’t right, I was left without real answers or a clear path forward. That experience is what led me to approach health differently. It guided my own path into functional medicine and a deeper, root-cause approach to healing. I’ve also navigated my own health journey through PCOS and went on to have healthy pregnancies—something that further shaped how I support women through hormone health, fertility, and pregnancy. Today, as a mom, I understand that healing has to fit into real life. Nutrition and lifestyle changes should feel simple, nourishing, and sustainable—not extreme or overwhelming for you or your family. This work is deeply personal to me—and it’s why I care so much about helping women feel truly seen, supported, and understood in their health journey.
